OKC THUNDER® [5], O’CITY® [6], and OKLAHOMA CITY BASKETBALL® [7] are all also registered trademarks in connection with clothing.
The Thunder also own several trademarks for its slogans, including LOUD CITY® [8] THUNDER UP® [9], both registered in connection with clothing, and RUMBLE® [10] and WE ARE THUNDER® [11], each registered for a variety of educational and entertainment services.
And finally, the OKC Thunder Logo design mark is a registered trademark primarily for entertainment and educational services in the nature of ongoing television and radio programs in the field of basketball and rendering live basketball games and basketball exhibitions [12]. The OKC Thunder Logo design mark is also a registered trademark for a wide variety of other goods and services, including computer software and video recordings, posters and stickers, athletic bags, clothing, toys and sporting goods, retail store services, and broadcasting services [13].
