The PANTHERS® [3] word mark is a registered trademark in connection with entertainment services, namely professional hockey games and exhibitions. FLORIDA PANTHERS® is also a registered trademark for a wide range of goods including license plates, trophies, and money clips [4]; clothing [5]; umbrellas [6]; commemorative medals, medallions, and non-monetary coins [7]; magazines, books, posters, and stickers [8]; ice hockey sticks, pucks, and hockey games [9]; and beverage containers, coasters, and coolers [10], among other offerings.
The Panthers has a variety of logos it has featured since its inception (and still use today). Used since 1993, the Panthers Striking Logo design mark is a registered trademark primarily for entertainment services; namely, providing professional ice hockey exhibitions and games [11], but also for books, posters, stickers, luggage and athletic bags, beverage containers, clothing, ice hockey equipment, trophies, key chains, and watches [12], among many others. The Panthers Hockey Stick X Palm Tree Logo design mark, also first introduced in 1993, is a registered trademark for entertainment services; namely, providing professional ice hockey exhibitions [13]. The Panthers Shield Logo design mark, first used in 2016, is a registered trademark primarily in connection with entertainment services, namely, professional ice hockey exhibitions [14], but also for a variety of clothing [15]. And finally, the Panthers Flag Logo design mark, also first introduced in 2016, is a registered trademark primarily for entertainment services, namely, professional ice hockey exhibitions [16], and also for a variety of clothing [17].
